Upload the messy stuff.
One CSV, or three with entirely different ideas about what “first name” should be called.
Garbage Out cleans, dedupes, and normalizes your spreadsheets before they touch your CRM. Upload your file, check the boxes, preview the result, download.
No formulas. No filter gymnastics. No “why did Excel eat my zip codes.”

Every import starts the same way: spreadsheet surgery before you’re allowed to do your actual job. Renaming columns. Hunting duplicates. Reformatting dates for the third time this month.
The mess went in
before anyone looked at it.
One CSV, or three with entirely different ideas about what “first name” should be called.
Choose your cleanup, review column mappings, and decide which fields make a match.
Compare the before-and-after. Review the exceptions. Take the cleaned file with you.
Trim whitespace, lowercase emails, preserve postal-code zeros, and normalize dates and phone formats with explicit settings.
Bring differently shaped exports together. Review suggested field mappings and keep a source trail for every row.
Add run-local Wizard IDs using complete match keys. Keep source IDs separate from destination CRM IDs.
Remove exact matches using first-row or most-complete rules. Flag similar records for review, with both rows intact.
See invalid emails, ambiguous dates, missing fields and migration conflicts in an issue report that tells you what needs attention.
Choose a destination and the record type. The beta provides basic cleanup presets; portal-specific owners, consent, custom properties and associations still need review.
Contacts, companies and deal preparation. Marketo and Zoho CSV trials with existing-record matching.
Email cleanup, duplicate review, and preserved subscription-status fields.
Contact identifiers and phone-format review. DND values remain yours to verify.
Contact cleanup and email checks, with your original tags and custom columns preserved.

Multi-file cleanup, reviewed column mapping, exact dedupe, possible-duplicate flags, formatting, issue reports and CSV migration trials. Fuzzy matches are flagged for review, never automatically merged.
AI-assisted schema matching is planned. Today’s beta uses known column aliases and your reviewed mappings. It makes no AI calls.
